What we offer

Bravo Energy provides offshore energy intelligence products, including newsletters, reports, and workspace tools for tender and market intelligence.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are subject to Stripe’s terms in addition to ours. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Digital products (reports, workspace access): no refunds after delivery or access is granted. If a product is materially defective, meaning it doesn’t do what was described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Intellectual property

Content published by Bravo Energy (reports, analysis, tools) is proprietary. You may use it for your own professional purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products provide market intelligence and analysis. They are not financial or legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on our content. Maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
